Tax Consequences. Optionee agrees that the Corporation does not have a duty to design or administer the Plan or its other compensation programs in a manner that minimizes Optionee's tax liabilities. Optionee will not make any claim against the Corporation, or any of its Officers, Directors, Employees or Affiliates related to tax liabilities arising from this option or other compensation.
