Survival Contract Clauses (6,236)

Survival. The obligations of the Company and the Executive under this Agreement which by their nature may require either partial or total performance after the expiration or termination of the Employment Term or this Agreement (including those under Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11) will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Survival. Sections 4 through 27 (other than Section 22) shall survive and continue in full force in accordance with their terms notwithstanding the expiration or termination of the Employment Period.
