Survival. Those provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond termination or expiration of this Agreement will survive such termination or expiration.

Survival. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in Sections 6 and 7 shall remain operative and in full force and effect regardless of (i) any termination of this Agreement or the Purchase Agreement, and (ii) the consummation of the sale or successive resales of the Registrable Securities.

Survival.
