Survival Clause Example from Business Contracts

Survival. The respective obligations of, and benefits afforded to, the Company and the Executive which by their express terms or clear intent survive termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, including, without limitation, the provisions of Sections 8 through 10 and 12 through 28, inclusive of this Agreement, will survive termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, and will remain in full force and effect according to their terms.
