All obligations of the Company and the Employee that by their nature involve performance, in any particular, after the termination of the Employee's employment or the term of this Agreement, or that cannot be ascertained to have been fully performed until after the termination of Employee's employment or the term of this Agreement, will survive the expiration or termination of the term of this Agreement.
