Surrender. Upon termination of the Lease Term or earlier termination of Tenant's right of possession, Tenant shall surrender the Premises to Landlord in the same condition as received ordinary wear and tear, casualty loss and condemnation covered by Paragraphs 15 and 16 excepted and otherwise in accordance with the Move Out Conditions Addendum attached hereto. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall remove any odor which may exist in the Premises resulting from Tenant's occupancy of the Premises upon ...the termination of the Lease Term or earlier termination of Tenant's right of possession.
