Successors. (a) This Agreement is personal to Employee, who may not assign it without Company's written consent. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee's legal representatives, heirs, or legatees. (b) This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding on Company and its successors and assigns.
