Successors. This Agreement has been and is made solely for the benefit of the Underwriters, the Company and the Operating Partnership and their respective successors, executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, and the officers, directors and controlling persons referred to herein, and no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder.
