Successors Clause Example from Business Contracts

Successors. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and the officers, directors, employees and agents and controlling persons referred to in Section 10 of this Agreement, and no other person will have any right or obligations hereunder. No purchaser of Offered Notes from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor of such Underwriter merely because of such purchase.
