Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Employee and his estate, but the Employee may not assign or pledge this Agreement or any rights arising under it. Without the Employee's consent, the Company may assign this Agreement to any affiliate or to a successor to substantially all the business and assets of the Company.
