Successors. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors, officers, directors and the controlling persons referred to in Section 7, and no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder. No purchaser of any of the Offered Securities from the Underwriters shall be deemed a successor or assign merely because of such purchase.
