Successors Clause Example from Business Contracts

Successors. This Agreement has been and is made solely for the benefit of the Issuer and the Underwriter and their respective successors, executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, and the officers, directors and controlling persons referred to herein, and no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder. No purchaser of any of the Shares from the Underwriter shall be deemed a successor or assign merely because of such purchase.
