Successors Clause Example from Business Contracts

Successors. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns and the officers, directors, employees, agents and controlling persons referred to in Section 9 hereof, and no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder. No purchaser of any Securities from any Underwriter shall be deemed a successor or assignee by reason merely of such Purchase.
