Successors and Assigns. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto, including any substitute Underwriters pursuant to Section 17 hereof, and to the benefit of (i) the Company, its directors, any person who controls the Company within the meaning of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and any Relevant Officer of the Company, (ii) the Underwriters, the officers, directors, employees and agents of the Underwriters, and each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within t...he meaning of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and (iii) the respective successors and assigns of any of the above, all as and to the extent provided in this Agreement, and no other person shall acquire or have any right under, or by virtue of, this Agreement.
