Successors and Assigns. The Company may assign any of its rights under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company. Subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, this Agreement will be binding upon the Participant and the Participant's heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
