Successors and Assigns Clause Example from Business Contracts

Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the Borrower, and the other Loan Parties and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Borrower and the other Loan Parties may not assign their rights under this Agreement, the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
