Successors and Assigns. This Agreement is intended to bind and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee, the Company and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, except that Employee may not assign his or her rights or delegate his or her obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company. Each of the Company's affiliates are intended third party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
