Solicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of his relationship with the Company for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, Executive shall not either directly or indirectly solicit any of the Company's employees to leave their employment, or attempt to solicit employees of the Company, either for Executive or for any other person or entity.
