Variations of a "Signs" Clause from Business Contracts

Signs. Subject to compliance with all Legal Requirements and all matters of record, and at no additional rent but at Tenant's sole cost, Tenant shall have the right to install its name and/or company logo on the exterior of the Building and on any monument sign serving the Building (collectively, "Tenant's Signage"); provided, however, the exact design, size, appearance, substance and location of Tenant's Signage shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval (which shall not be unreasonably wit...hheld, conditioned or delayed), and shall comply with Landlord's signage requirements for the Project identified on Exhibit E hereto and any requirements of the City of Fremont.
