Severability. If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement, or any application thereof, shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein and all other applications thereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Severability. If any provision, or portion of a provision, is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this Agreement, or any other portion of it, unenforceable or invalid, and such provision or portion of such provision shall be changed or interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision, within the limits of the applicable law.

Severability. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to require or shall be construed as requiring the Company to do or fail to do any act in violation of applicable law.
