Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. 5 13. Severability. Severability. In the event any provision of this Plan shall be held illegal or invalid for any reason, the illegality or invalidity shall not affect the remaining parts of this Plan, and this Plan shall be construed and enforced as if the illegal or invalid provision had not been included. 20 17.
