Severability. In the event that any provision of this Separation Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of this Separation Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Severability. If any provision (or portion thereof) of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Severability. If any provision in this Agreement is deemed invalid, then the remaining provisions thereof will continue in full force and effect and will be construed as if the invalid provision had not been a part of this Agreement.

If, for any reason, any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement not held so invalid, and each such other provision shall, to the full extent consistent with law, continue in full force and effect.
