Severability. If any term herein is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, and the Parties shall use their best efforts to find an alternative way to achieve the same result.

Severability. Should any provision of this Agreement be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be modified so that its purpose can be lawfully effectuated and enforced and the balance of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Severability. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to require or shall be construed as requiring the Company to do or fail to do any act in violation of applicable law.
