Severability. If any one or more of the provisions contained in this Certificate is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Certificate will be construed and enforced as if the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been included.

Severability. In the event that one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Severability. In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not impair the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions herein.
