Severability. If any of the covenants, agreements or terms of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then it will be deemed severable from the remaining covenants, agreements or terms of this Agreement and will in no way affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining Agreement.

Severability. In the event that any provision, or any portion thereof, of this Agreement is determined by competent judicial, legislative, administrative or arbitrator authority to be prohibited by law, then such provision or part thereof' shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition, without invalidating the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

If any provision of any of this Amendment or of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be fully severable and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed without giving effect to the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provisions.
