Severability. If any provision of the Agreement shall be determined by any court of competent jurisdiction to be void and unenforceable, all other provisions of the Agreement shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

Severability. Each provision of this Agreement is severable, and the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement; provided, however, that each Party shall use reasonable efforts to give effect to the economic or other intended purpose of any provision that is unenforceable or invalid.
