Severability. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and if any part is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain fully valid and enforceable to the maximum extent consistent with applicable law. Any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction over such matters shall have the power to reform such unlawful or unenforceable provision to the extent necessary for such provision to be enforceable to the fullest extent under applicable law.

Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement should be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of law or an arbitrator, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the law under which this Agreement is to be construed, or if any such provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or any arbitrator, such provision shall be deleted from this Agreement and the Agreement shall be construed to give full effect to the remaining provision thereof.

Severability. If any provision in this Agreement shall be found or be held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in which this Agreement is being performed, then the meaning of said provision shall be construed, to the extent feasible, so as to render the provision enforceable, and if no feasible interpretation would save such provision, it shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect. Severability. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be affected thereby. 15 18.
