Severability. If any provision of this Note is invalid or unenforceable, then the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be liberally construed in favor of the Holder.

Severability. The invalidity or enforceability of a particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.

Severability. If any provision in this Amended and Restated Agreement is determined to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other remaining provisions hereof.
