Severability. Severability. The provisions of this Agreement shall be severable and if any provision of this Agreement is found by any court to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless be enforceable and binding on the parties. You also agree that any trier of fact may modify any invalid, overbroad or unenforceable provision of this Agreement so that such provision, as modified, is valid and enforceable under applicable law.

Severability. Should any provision of this Separation Agreement and Release be held invalid or illegal, such illegality shall not invalidate the whole of this Separation Agreement and Release but rather, the Separation Agreement and Release shall be construed as if it did not contain the invalid or illegal part, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.

Severability. In the event any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative.

Severability. If this Agreement or any portion thereof shall be invalidated on any ground by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue to be valid and the Corporation shall nevertheless indemnify the Officer as to Expenses, judgments, fines and amounts paid in settlement with respect to any Proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by any applicable portion of this Agreement that shall not have been invalidated.
