Severability. Should any portion of Section 3 hereof be determined unenforceable for any reason, Employee shall return to Company, within thirty (30) days of such finding, any Severance provided to Employee, and all remaining obligations imposed by this Agreement shall terminate immediately. Except as immediately stated otherwise, the provisions of this Agreement are severable and divisible, and the invalidity of any provision shall not affect or limit the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Severability. The terms or conditions of this Award shall be deemed severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any term or condition hereof shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other terms and conditions set forth herein.
