Severability. If any covenant or provision herein or any portion hereof is determined to be void, unenforceable or prohibited by the law of any province or the local requirements of any provincial or federal government authority, such shall not be deemed to affect or impair the validity of any other covenant or provision herein or a portion thereof, as the case may be, nor the validity of such covenant or provision or a portion thereof, as the case may be, in any other jurisdiction.
Severability. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement or application thereof to anyone or under any circumstances is adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or application of this Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid or unenforceable provision or application and shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision or application in any other jurisdiction. Severability. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
