Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereto and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as though such invalid or unenforceable provisions were omitted.
Severability. Severability. If any part of this Interest is construed to be in violation of any law, such part shall be modified to achieve the objective of Company and Investor to the fullest extent permitted by law and the balance of this Interest shall remain in full force and effect.

If any clause, provision or section of this Agreement is ruled invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause, provision or section shall not affect any of the remaining provisions hereof and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
