Severability. If at any time subsequent to the date of this Letter Agreement, any provision of this Letter Agreement shall be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be of no force and effect, but the illegality or unenforceability of such provision shall have no effect upon the legality or enforceability of any other provision of this Letter Agreement.

Severability. If any term or provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then such term or provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining terms or 7 provisions hereof, and such term or provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Severability. Severability. If any portion, provision or part of this Agreement is held, determined or adjudicated to be invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason whatsoever, each such portion, provision or part shall be severed from the remaining portions, provisions or parts of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of such remaining portions, provisions or parts.
