Severability. Variations of a "Severability" Clause from Business Contracts
Severability. If any part of this Amendment Agreement is contrary to, prohibited by, or deemed invalid under Applicable Laws applicable laws or regulations, regulations or by a court of competent jurisdiction (as a result of merger doctrine or otherwise), such provision shall be inapplicable and deemed omitted to the extent so contrary, prohibited or invalid, but the remainder hereof shall not be invalidated thereby and shall be given effect so far as possible.
Severability. If any part of this Amendment Agreement or any other Agreement entered into pursuant to this Agreement is contrary to, prohibited by, or deemed invalid under Applicable Laws under, applicable law or regulations, regulation, such provision shall be inapplicable and deemed omitted to the extent so contrary, prohibited or invalid, but the remainder hereof of this Agreement shall not be invalidated thereby and shall be given full force and effect so far as possible.
