Severability Clause Example from Business Contracts

Severability. Any provision hereof which is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability without rendering the remaining provisions hereof invalid, illegal or unenforceable in such jurisdiction and without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any provision in any other jurisdiction.
