Severability Clause Example from Business Contracts

Severability. If any term or provision of this Note, or the application of it to any party or circumstance, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Note, and the application of such term or provision to any other party or circumstance, shall not be affected thereby, the provisions of this Note being severable in any such instance.
