Severability Clause Example from Business Contracts

Severability. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement shall be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be ineffective to the extent of such provision or invalidity only and shall be reformed as described in Section 10 if relating to Section 10, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or any remaining provisions of this Agreement.
