Severability Waiver Contract Clauses (37)

Severability Waiver. No finding that a part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable shall affect the validity of any other part of the Agreement. A party's failure to enforce at any time any provision of this Agreement will not be construed as or constitute a continuing waiver of such provision. Any waiver of any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or any Order must be in writing signed by an authorized representative of Company or Supplier.

Severability Waiver. If any part of this Amendment is not enforceable, the rest of the Amendment may be enforced. Lender retains all rights, even if it makes an advance after default. Any consent or waiver under this Amendment must be in writing.

Severability Waiver.
