(a) In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. (d) This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together constitute one instrument. (a) 9 21.1 In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. (b) In the event any provision is held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or revised by a court of competent jurisdiction so as to give effect to the provision to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
