Security. This Note is secured by that certain Security Agreement of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Security Agreement"), executed by the Company in favor of the Holder encumbering all of the Secured Buyer Notes, as more specifically set forth in the Security Agreement, all the terms and conditions of which are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Note.
