Any party claiming Force Majeure shall be required to notify the other party of such Force Majeure promptly after the commencement of such Force Majeure and shall be required to keep such other party reasonably informed regarding the same throughout the period during which Force Majeure is being claimed. If the happening of any such Force Majeure event only partially impairs the performance of a party's obligations hereunder, such party shall continue to perform under this Lease to the fullest extent possible in light of such Force Majeure event.
