Salary. This is a full-time exempt position. The Company will pay Executive a salary at an annual rate of $430,700 ("Base Salary"), payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll schedule and subject to applicable deductions and withholdings. The Base Salary shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the Compensation Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of Directors (the "Board") and may be adjusted from time to time by the Committee.
