Rights Upon Termination. Except as expressly provided in Section 6, upon the termination of Executive's Employment,
Executive shall only be entitled to (i) the accrued but unpaid Base Salary compensation and PTO, if any as determined in accordance with Company policy as then in effect, (ii) other benefits earned and the reimbursements described in this Agreement or under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements for the period preceding the effective date of the termination of Employment,
each Executive sha...ll only be entitled to the following: (i) the accrued but unpaid Base Salary compensation and PTO, (ii) the reimbursements for outstanding and unpaid business expenses described in Section 4 of this Agreement, and (iii) such other vested benefits earned under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements in accordance with the governing documents and policies of any such, plans, policies and arrangements (collectively, the "Accrued Benefits"). The Accrued Benefits described in clauses (i) and (ii) of the preceding sentence shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of termination of Executive's Employment (or such benefits, reimbursements, plans and arrangements, and (iii) such other compensation or benefits from the Company earlier date as may be required by law (collectively, applicable law) and the "Accrued Benefits").
