Revocation. This Agreement, including all of the payment and benefit provisions set forth in Section 1 above, shall not become effective unless the Agreement is executed, dated and delivered to the Corporation within twenty-one (21) calendar days following the date it is received by Executive, and is not revoked, as provided for in Section 17 herein, prior to the eighth day after this Agreement is signed by Executive.

Revocation.
