Revocation Period. If you sign this Agreement, you will retain the right to revoke it for seven (7) days ("Revocation Period"). If you revoke this Agreement, you are indicating that you have changed your mind and do not want to be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be effective until after the Revocation Period has expired without your having revoked it. To revoke this Agreement, you must send a letter to the attention of the General Counsel of the Company. The letter must be received within... seven (7) days of your execution of this Agreement. If the seventh day is a Sunday or federal holiday, then the letter must be received by the following business day. Revocation Period. Employee specifically acknowledges and understands that this Agreement is intended to release and discharge any claims of Employee under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended by the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA). Under the OWBPA, Employee has 45 calendar days in which to consider this Agreement. However, pursuant to paragraph 19, below, Employee may sign this Agreement at any time up to and including 60 days after the Termination Date. Revocation Period. The Company and Executive acknowledge that Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement within seven (7) calendar days following the date Executive signs this Agreement ("revocation period"). Revocation Period. You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of the Separation Benefits is subject to your execution and non-revocation of the General Release, and that this Agreement will be neither effective nor enforceable, nor will the Separation Benefits be paid hereunder, unless the applicable revocation period under the General Release expires without your revocation thereof.

Revocation Period. You may revoke your consent to this Agreement for a period of seven (7) calendar days following your signing of this Agreement (the "Revocation Period").
