Returning Company Documents. At the time of the termination of Employee's employment with the Company, Employee shall deliver to the Company (and will not keep in his possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, laboratory notebooks, materials, flow charts, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items developed by Employee pursuant to Employee's empl...oyment with the Company or otherwise belonging to the Company, its successors or assigns.
