Return of Property. On the date Executive's employment ends for any reason, or at any time during her employment, at the request or direction of the Company, Executive will immediately deliver to the Company any or all equipment, property, material, Confidential Information, Intellectual Property or copies thereof that are owned by the Company and are in Executive's possession or control.
