Resolution of Disputes. 17.1. Arbitration of Disputes. By its acceptance of this Note, each party agrees to be bound by the Arbitration Provisions set forth as an Exhibit to the Purchase Agreement. 17.2. Calculation Disputes. Notwithstanding the Arbitration Provisions, in the case of a dispute as to any Calculations (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), such dispute will be resolved in the manner set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
