Reservation and Listing. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized shares of Common Stock, solely for the purpose of issuance upon exercise of this Warrant, such number of shares of Common Stock or other securities, properties or rights as shall be issuable upon the exercise thereof.
