Reservation and Listing. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized Shares, solely for the purpose of issuance upon exercise of the Warrants underlying the Unit Purchase Option, such number of Shares or other securities, properties or rights as shall be issuable upon the conversion or exercise thereof.
